To better serve our patients, we created an in-house membership plan. When you become a member, you receive 100% coverage for diagnostic and preventative procedures for 12 months.

Standard:

• Two comprehensive doctor exams per year
• Two routine cleanings per year
• Two fluoride treatments per year
• X-rays including bitewing and pano once per year

Perio and Family plans also available.
